Job summary

You will ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest service. Role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, resolving guest issues, and achieving financial targets through strong execution of labor, costs, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts.
