Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH & BOH functions during each shift and to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will work with management to manage food and labor costs, hit sales targets, and uphold health and safety standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop FOH staff, ensure compliance with policies, and assist in inventory, deposits, and cash handling. A strong leader with a customer-first mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to manage shift operations, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH shift operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and train FOH staff to meet service standards.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of team members.
• Monitor labor costs and food costs to protect profitability.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
