Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is looking for a Shift Lead in Georgia to uphold the shop's culture and core values on every shift. You will lead the crew, model service standards, and communicate feedback to leadership while taking on the tougher tasks to free others for core duties.

You will be responsible for training new Broistas, ensuring proper certifications, and managing shift flow to support promotions and peak times. The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Disciplinary action is defined as a coaching conversation resulting in formal documentation.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required per state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing guest experience.
• Cultivate the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift; ensure Broistas meet expectations and solve problems on shift.
• Manage the shift and prepare crew for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally in a fun-loving environment.
• Set up the next shift for success (tills, deposits, restocking, cleanliness, etc.).
• Communicate wins and opportunities for improvement with shop leaders.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
