Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Buford, GA is seeking a full-time Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You’ll lead the crew, model the Manifesto, train new Broistas, and ensure a mind-blowing experience for each customer.

You’ll support the Shop Manager with inventory, scheduling, and promotions, serving as a servant leader who fosters teamwork and top-notch service on a busy shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required
• Prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under company standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift, ensuring a mind-blowing experience for every customer
• Cultivate the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift; ensure crew meets expectations and handle problems
• Model and meet all expectations of the Broista role; train new Broistas operationally and culturally
• Assist Shop Manager with inventory, shift setup, and ensuring shop cleanliness and readiness for promotions and shifts
• Communicate with managers and share wins and opportunities for improvement with shop leaders
