Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Loganville, GA is hiring a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will serve as a servant leader, guiding the crew, and resolving issues so others can focus on delivering a mind-blowing experience.

Responsibilities include leading the shift, training new Broistas, managing inventory prep, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for promotions. A strong communicator and role model helps the team meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• No disciplinary action in the past 90 days
• Must have flowcheck score 90% or better
• Must obtain/maintain Food Handler Permit as required
• Avail. to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Flexible, ever-changing schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift and ensure a mind-blowing customer experience
• Cultivate Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift
• Help solve problems on shift
• Manage the shift and prepare for promos with the right energy
• Model and meet Broista expectations and train new staff
