Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Chester, VA seeks a dedicated Shift Lead to uphold our culture and run shifts with servant leadership. You will train new Broistas, manage daily operations, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of Broista experience, access to a Food Handler Permit where required, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 32 hours per week required.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required where state/local regulations apply.
• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Assist with inventory management and shift setup for success.
• Coordinate with Shop Manager and leads on daily operations and training.
• Attend mandatory meetings and follow company policies.
