Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards and food-safety policies.

You’ll train new team members, monitor cash handling, and support daily operations across our travel plazas. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are provided in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Assist with training of new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
