Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies. This role trains new team members and monitors cash handling to ensure accurate transactions across the plaza network.

You will also help manage daily operations, assist with opening/closing tasks, and support a positive, efficient workplace culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist in training of new team members and maintain brand standards.
