Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain brand and food safety standards across our travel plazas. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling procedures to ensure compliance.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a proactive approach to cross-selling and product knowledge across the plazas.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
