Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead on-site teams across our travel plazas. You will ensure excellent customer service, oversee daily duties, and enforce brand standards and food safety policies.

The role requires experience in cash handling and customer service, with leadership experience preferred. You will train new staff, maintain POS operations, and support a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per procedures.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
