Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure top customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements. You will train new hires and monitor cash handling practices, while coordinating daily operations within the plaza.

Ideal candidates bring cash handling and customer service experience, with leadership skills to guide staff through opening, mid, and closing procedures and to maintain product quality and service

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
