Job summary

Walgreens in Oak Lawn, IL is seeking a Store Key Holder to run the store in the absence of management. You will handle cash, open/close procedures, and ensure floor and stock room readiness for the business day. You will assist with vendor deliveries and basic pricing tasks.

You will engage customers with service excellence, resolve issues, and coach teammates on service standards and merchandising. Pharmacy certification may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients with a distinctive and delightful experience and model Walgreens service traits.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, and basic department pricing and signage, including local regulatory tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with maintenance, displays, and merchandising as directed by management.
