Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Key Holder to help operate the store in the absence of management. You will manage cash handling, daily price changes, and basic store tasks while ensuring a safe, clean and inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with vendor deliveries, stockroom control, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Excellent English communication and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash systems.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive customer experience and helps with products and services.
• Maintains store systems knowledge and performs basic pricing and signage tasks.
• Manages cashier records, price verifications, and verifies items not on file.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and stockroom coordination.
