Walgreens in Madeira, OH is seeking a trusted team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash and backdoor access, and ensure all systems are ready for the business day. You will handle returns, refunds, and price changes while delivering a warm, proactive customer experience.

You will engage with customers, assist with questions, and model service best practices for the team, supporting inventory accuracy and store upkeep.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash/start-up procedures.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
