Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and handle required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaching team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and signage; support displays, resets, and promotions.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance as needed.
• Support pharmacy out window and compliance with regulations.
