Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handles cash, and ensures store readiness.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and supports cash register accuracy.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and basic department organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Supports displays, resets, and promotional setups and ensures compliance with policies.
