• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; maintains accurate cash register records.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and assists with products and services.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing/signage.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and back‑room operations.
• Participates in displays, resets, and merchandising.
