Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an individual to open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will also process returns, refunds, and provide change to cash registers while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

In this role you will engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits, supporting team members and maintaining store standards and pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management with cash handling responsibilities.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and supports team with service excellence.
