Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management; handle start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, refunds, voids, cash drops, and customer requests at registers.
• Assist customers with products and services and provide exceptional service.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, inventory checks, and pricing/signage tasks.
• Support training and development of team; ensure store cleanliness and safety.
