Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure start‑up of systems and cash handling.
• Process product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Maintain and model a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, back‑door access, and stock room readiness.
• Register sales accurately and document pricing, voids, and scanner issues.
• Support with displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy across departments.
• Ensure compliance with state/local regulations for regulated products and maintain store cleanliness.
