Job summary

The role includes handling product returns, refunds, cash drops, price changes, ordering support, and maintaining accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications; handle voids and mis- ring adjustments as needed.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens customer experience and assist with product questions.
