• Drive in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team on opening/closing routines.
• Build connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visuals, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
