Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and teams.
• Drive in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct team activities.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle shipments and directives.
• Build genuine customer connections and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and store appearance through physical tasks.
