Job summary

Bath & Body Works in California is seeking a Key Holder to help execute store strategies and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist the Store Manager with leadership tasks, sales goals, and daily operations, while modeling our Values and product knowledge.

The role requires flexibility to work peak days, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, receive ongoing training, and contribute to a dynamic team at a trusted brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the team and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset changes, visual presentation and marketing placement.
