Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder to help drive sales and lead store operations. You will support the delivery of our sales plan, supervise tasks, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to ensure a superb customer experience.

You will coach associates, demonstrate our selling behaviors, and maintain product knowledge, policies, and store standards to foster a welcoming environment. The role requires flexibility for peak days, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.

• Maintain knowledge of product, policies and store strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team during shifts.
• Coordinate opening/closing routines and process transactions and shipments.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, displays, and marketing placements.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Guide associates in sharing brand values and delivering great service.
