Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across travel plazas. You will supervise team members on shift, ensure superior customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety policies.

The role requires cash handling experience and prior leadership responsibility. duties include opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, stock and temp checks, and training new staff while maintaining a positive, fast-paced atmosphere.

Competenze

• Cash handling experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Mansioni

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash-handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
