Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Shift Leader is a franchisee-operated role focused on coaching Crew Members to meet brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, recognizing achievements and providing timely feedback.

You will maintain a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, and ensure recipes and systems are followed, while supporting sales goals and brand initiatives. Fluency in English and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math and document guest needs.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and point-of-sale systems.

• Maintain Operational Excellence by supporting a respectful team environment, communicating shift priorities, and coaching crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Drive profitability by achieving sales goals, executing restaurant standards, and managing cash over/short during shifts.
