Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and drive results. You will partner with the management team to support business initiatives and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required to move up to 45 lbs.
• Basic Math skills and cash handling experience.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' shift tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and labor management.
