Taco Bell in the United States is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shift performance, coach Team Members, and uphold Taco Bell's standards. You will resolve guest concerns, reinforce food safety, and support management in daily operations.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll manage cash, inventory, and labor, while promoting Taco Bell’s culture and ensuring a positive guest experience across fast-paced shifts. This role offers growth and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet high standards and coach team members.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and MIC routines, ensuring cleanliness and food safety.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and support training for Team Members.
• Assist with hiring, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Support with facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
