Taco Bell in Utah (Spanish Fork) is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll lead the MIC routine, manage tasks, and support the GM in hiring and training while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee cash control, inventory, and labor; follow security procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely order preparation.
• Provide feedback to GM and participate in training Team Members.
