Jersey Mike's Subs in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to coach staff, prepare high-quality subs, and deliver the Jersey Mike's experience with excellent customer service. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a strong commitment to food safety and standards.

You will lead a small team, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure fast-paced, quality service while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. 18+ with Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience.
• Cash handling and cash register duties.
• Follow Training Program and develop others.
• Enforce policies and procedures; participate in marketing initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation; ensure food safety.
• Open/close responsibilities as a Key Holder; slice bread and prep.
• Lead a crew of 2–5 people and interface with customers.
