Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification (Food Handler) required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Help drive local marketing initiatives and sales growth.
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 people and ensure timely order fulfillment.
