Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs has been serving quality subs since 1956 and is looking for a Shift Leader to support the management team at our Point Pleasant, NJ location. This role focuses on coaching staff, delivering great customer service, and upholding Jersey Mike’s high standards.

You will help ensure fast, friendly service, manage opening/closing, and uphold food safety while developing teammates for career growth in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling.
• Follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Develop others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives.
