Jersey Mike's Subs in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. You will support the management team in running the store, coach crew members, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include food quality, cash handling, opening/closing, and maintaining high sanitation standards while guiding a small team to deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience daily.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
