Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ to operate slicer.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service and high-quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Follow Training Program and develop others for career growth.
• Enforce policies and procedures and participate in local marketing.
• Build sales and maintain a clean, sanitary restaurant environment.
• Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant and lead the crew of 2–5.
• Communicate effectively with GM/AGM/DM and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Open and close the store and ensure proper prep and bread baking.
