Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are a must
• Operating cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
• Basic Math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and health & safety standards
• Promotes Taco Bell's culture and values
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently
• Promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and meet customer needs
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members
• Participate in training Team Members
• Handle conflicts with GM to achieve resolution
• Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates
• Assist with Profit & Loss by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards
