Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team and uphold our standard of guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure food safety and order accuracy while fostering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to coach team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction daily by following the MIC success routine.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while keeping relations positive.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance and progress.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Members and participate in training.
• Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates and hiring decisions.
• Help with Profit & Loss by managing cash, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
