Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach team members, and resolve customer concerns. You will partner with management to balance labor, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a readiness to own shift outcomes and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift duties accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
• Support Profit & Loss management by following cash control procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Lead by example in promoting Taco Bell’s culture and values.
