Taco Bell in the United States is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy, coach teammates, and uphold Taco Bell’s standards. You will resolve guest concerns, manage team tasks, and partner with management on business initiatives.

This role rewards leadership, customer service excellence, and responsibility in a fast-paced setting. The position requires 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with shift lead experience preferred, and a commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to manage fast-paced operations and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet high standards and coach team members.
• Oversee team tasks, ensure cleanliness and proper appearance.
• Maintain food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on performance.
• Participate in training Team Members and handle conflicts.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Support cash controls, inventory, and loss prevention.
