Job summary

Dunn-Edwards in New York, NY is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support store management and oversee operations during shifts. You will model outstanding service, allocate staff, organize shelves, and build trusted partnerships with painting professionals.

You will interact with customers by phone and in person, process transactions at the point of sale, and help deliver fast, reliable service while learning through Dunn-Edwards Learning Network and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, assess projects, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure product delivery meets quality and service expectations.
• Open and close store procedures; act as a positive brand representative.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or in person at the POS.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness; uphold inventory levels.
• Stock and merchandise according to planogram; assist with schedule.
