Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the Fremont, CA store management team, modeling outstanding service and organizing the sales floor and stock areas. When needed, you take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of managers, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, asking questions about their project, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.
• Ensure delivery of product as needed meets both Dunn-Edwards’ and customers’ quality and service expectations.
• Process customer orders through various methods (email, phone, in-person) and through the POS system.
• Adheres to and assists Store Management team with compliance to safety and regulatory standards.
