Job summary

The CSL will coordinate staff, stock areas, and guest interactions, while pursuing Dunn-Edwards Learning Network certifications and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, ask questions, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure delivery of product meeting quality and service expectations.
• Act as a positive extension of the Dunn-Edwards brand.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or in-person through POS.
• Assist management with safety compliance and store procedures.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram.
