Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the store management team in delivering a distinctive guest experience and ensuring smooth operations during shifts. You will model exceptional service, help allocate staff, stock the floor, and build partnerships with painting professionals.

As the primary leader on shift, you will handle customer inquiries in person and by phone, process transactions, and uphold Dunn-Edwards standards while pursuing learning opportunities and potential

Qualifications

• Four years of high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice.
• Take customer orders and process transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram and maintain store areas.
• Assist with store operations during shifts when management is absent.
