Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support store management in delivering a distinctive shopping experience and running store operations during shifts.

Leveraging strong customer service, sales, and supervisory skills, you will manage staffing, process POS transactions, and ensure inventory is correctly stocked while upholding Dunn-Edwards brand standards. Growth opportunities exist through learning and certifications.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess their project needs, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure product delivery meets Dunn-Edwards quality and service expectations.
• Open/close store procedures and process transactions using the POS system.
• Direct store associates during opening/closing times as the shift supervisor.
• Maintain appropriate merchandise inventory levels and stock areas.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form; stock merchandise per planogram.
