Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the store management team in delivering a distinctive shopping experience and managing store operations during shifts. You will model excellent customer service, guide staff, and ensure the sales floor and stock areas are well organized, while building trusted relationships with painting professionals.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management to deliver a distinctive guest experience and execute store operations during shifts.
• Lead and allocate staff and resources to keep sales floor stocked.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone to provide expert advice and process transactions.
• Maintain store organization, appearance, and inventory levels and adhere to safety standards.
