Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead shift teams, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards. You will train new team members, manage cash handling, and follow food safety policies in a fast-paced plaza environment.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and strong communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, stocking, labeling and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members.
