The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer experiences, managing daily procedures, and supporting leadership with critical operations during peaks and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Able to engage with travelers in a friendly, energetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift and ensure brand standards.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints as needed.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Maintain food safety, stocking, dating and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and enforce cash handling policies.
