Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store shifts, ensure top-notch customer service, and enforce brand and food safety standards. You will train new team members, oversee cash handling, and support daily operations at the plaza.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays on site.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed, including labeling and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain brand standards.
