The role requires standing for long periods, flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced travel plaza environment. Join a team focused on pace, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and handle payments following policy.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating and storage.
