Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure exceptional service. You will manage cash, train new staff, and uphold brand and food safety standards across the plaza, while maintaining knowledge of products and promotions. Flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns.
